 PHOTO: Fran McNulty models a stunning pendant from Cobwebs which is the prize for the 'IMAGE Magazine Best Dressed Lady' at this year's Race Ball at the Radisson blu hotel on Friday 31st of July.
The pendant which comprises of a white, cultured south sea pearl within an open heart of round brilliant cut diamonds, with 18ct white gold chain has being donated by Phyllis MacNamara of Cobwebs in aid of the this year's benefitting charities who include Galway Simon Community, Western Alzheimers and Life Pregnancy Care. 09 September 2008 - Cobwebs feature in major fashion event
 leading Galway fashion boutique Les Jumelles staged a fundraising fashion show in aid of Croi on Tuesday, September 9th at the Radisson SAS Galway.
The event, marked Les Jumelles tenth year in business, and featured an Autumn / Winter preview from some of the leading names in world fashion including: Vera Wang, Rick Owens, Lainey Keogh, J Brand jeans, Ann Louise Roswald, Betty Jackson, Catherine Malandrino with shoes by renowned designer Terry de Havilland.
Cobwebs were delighted to supply stunning jewels on the night and models were from Assets model agency.The show had many surprises and was hailed as Galway’s premier fashion event of the year with many designers and well-known fashion icons in attendance.

6th FEB. 2008 - Today Phyllis MacNamara owner of Cobwebs appeared on the Ireland’s number one breakfast show Ireland AM. Phyllis had being invited back on the show to discuss jewellery and Valentine’s Day following her very successful appearance last June.As this is a leap year the conversation concentrated on ladies proposing and tokens for men.Phyllis showed a stunning selection of engagement rings, all available from Cobwebs, to presenter Alan Hughes and explained the history of the Engagement ring and its meaning with Sinead Desmond.

A Night of Diamonds and Jewels
To celebrate 35 years of Cobwebs, Galway
Magpies nationwide flocked to Cobwebs to join with Phyllis MacNamara in celebrating her 35th year in business.
Guests were treated to the glitz and glamour of one the most stunning selection of Jewels every assembled in Ireland.
A pre-reception was held at the now famous G Hotel after which guests gathered at Cobwebs store to view the sparkling array of jewels.
Guests were treated to champagne cocktails and Asian Platters by Tamarind

26th SEPT. 2007 - Visit our stand 14b (to your left as you enter the hall) at Irish the Irish Antique Dealers Fair at the R.D.S. Ballsbridge, Dublin from Wednesday September. This annual exhibition is the only exhibition to take place in Ireland represented by official members of the Irish Antique Dealers Association.
